"An enjoyable relaxing stay, with first class facilities. Highly recommend it. The breakfasts and the optional evening meals were excellent, they were beautifully cooked, presented and delicious with a menu to suit all tastes. The room we had was a double on the first floor, it was fresh and clean with more than adequate storage space. The lounge area was delightful and so comfortable, and had a petite bar where you could have a pre-dinner drink or simply chill out in the bright and sunny lounge. The hosts, Matt and Lissanne were very welcoming and helpful with their local area knowledge. The location was within easy walking downhill distance to Torquay beach, harbour/marina the cafes and shops which took us approximately 15 minutes. Nothing, this place is a little gem."

"This was our second visit to the Cleveland and again we weren't disappointed. This is a lovely B and B in a quiet area of Torquay and yet close to the seafront and town. The place is spotlessly clean and the owners have obvious pride in the service they offer. The quality of the breakfast is exceptional."
