Like us, you are probably getting ready for the festive season - it is a busy time of year for all of us, not just for Santa!

Believe it, or not, December has become the perfect time of year to take a well-earned break in Torquay.

The Bay of Lights has returned for the third year in a row, bigger and brighter than ever before!

As well as the fantastic 1.5 mile light trail along the seafront, there has also been a Christmas market in Torre Abbey and the abbey itself has been lit up every evening with an amazing light and sound projection show - truly spectacular!

In addition to this, there is also the Train of Lights, Santa in the Caves and Babbacombe Model Village, to name but a few other things that you can do at this time of year.

It really is the most magical experience.

It is certainly worth thinking about, planning a few days away in December 2025!
